Security around the Cupid Home premises is contracted to a Private Security firm, which provides physical security in form of sentries and guard dogs.

Other security arrangements are made by the Apapa G.R.A. (Purely Residential area) Residence to compliment that of the Police force, which has a dedicated Police Post.

The presence of military formations and personnel further boosts the security arrangement around Apapa and Environs.

There are also mobile and static maritime and land patrols provided by the military and police outfit.
